Pay Arxidian directly via M-Pesa. Once payment clears, the item is delivered or made available for pickup. Arxidian holds the item in escrow throughout.

Bring item for inspection
Arxidian physically inspects the item: condition assessment, IMEI verification, battery health test, and photography documentation.
Pay the verification fee
A one-time KES 1,500 verification fee covers inspection, photography, and listing creation. This fee is non-refundable.
Arxidian handles the rest
Arxidian creates a verified listing, markets the item, and facilitates the transaction. Funds are released to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt.

No. Arxidian is not a retailer. We hold items in escrow, verify their condition, and facilitate secure transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not purchase or own the items listed on our platform.
Funds are held by Arxidian via M-Pesa until both parties confirm completion. The buyer's payment is held securely until they confirm receipt of the item in the described condition.
If the item fails to match the verified listing, the transaction is voided and funds are returned to the buyer. Arxidian's verification process is designed to prevent this, but the protection is in place as an additional safeguard.
Typically same-day for most electronics. Bring the item to Arxidian and the inspection, photography, and listing creation are completed within a few hours.
No. All items must be fully owned by the seller at the time of listing. Items with outstanding payment plans, financing agreements, or liens cannot be verified or listed through Arxidian.
KES 1,500 upfront verification fee (non-refundable, covers inspection and listing creation), plus a 3% seller fee and a 2% buyer fee applied to the transaction amount at the time of sale.
